Amazon Web Services (AWS), China business operation team is looking for an intern to support the business demands from AWS China Public and IBD business. We need exceptionally talented, bright and self-motivated people working as a business partner for sales management/sales BDs in business unit.
In this role, the business operation intern will support business team to run basic report, maintain business dashboard, conducting essential data analyses for business insights to drive team to meet organizational goals.
Responsibility
1. Build up/run business report from SFDC and conduct data analysis
Build up new business report per business needs in SFDC, maintain and run regular business report from SFDC, tidy the data, do data analysis per business needs and share with team with basic business insights on business highlights & lowlights
2. Maintain and update team weekly dashboard
Manage team weekly dashboard by maintaining and update business result for each sub-team, by leveraging the report from SFDC and revenue report, provide basis data analysis and trending analysis to dig out business highlights and lowlights derived from the dashboard
3. Support team on Ad Hoc business operation job
Tenure and working hours per week estimations.
The term is 6 months, with min 4 days a week, best to be full time. 8 hours a day as standard
Intern development plan
• Provide on job training about business operation skills
• Provide additional training on AWS tools and systems
• Provide opportunity to work with other teams in the organize, to maximize the learning opportunity
Required Qualification:
• Outstanding English and Chinese in both speaking and writing
• Advance in MS excel
• Experience in SFDC or other CRM system will be a plus
• Have great business sense
• Have interests in technology and IT industry
